Stacy James Doumas, MD


Dr. Stacy Doumas obtained her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and her MBA from Monmouth University. Completing both her psychiatric residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital, she is board certified in both psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair of Psychiatry at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Since 2007, Dr. Doumas has worked for the Hackensack Meridian Health System (HMH) where she is the Chair of Psychiatry at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) and for the Southern Region of HMH. Previous roles include Chief of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Residency Program Director, both at JSUMC. She has been instrumental in expanding psychiatric education in the Hackensack Meridian Health system and is an active researcher.
